Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using OmnidiaMarket, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you download OmnidiaMarket from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, you also agree to those stores’ terms.

Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old — and at least the age of digital consent in your country — to use OmnidiaMarket. The app is for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

OmnidiaMarket is a game played with virtual tokens. It is not gambling: there is no real-money stake, no prize of monetary value, and no way to cash out. Predictions are for fun, learning, and bragging rights only.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and account secure; you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at abboscoinfinity@gmail.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts to evade limits or bans, and do not share or sell accounts.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or that we must act on for legal or safety reasons.

Virtual tokens have no monetary value

• Virtual tokens are an in-game feature for entertainment only. They have no monetary value and are not money, credit, or any kind of financial instrument.
• Tokens cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or cashed out for real money or anything of value, inside or outside the app.
• You do not own tokens. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable licence to use them within OmnidiaMarket, and we may adjust, expire, or remove tokens — for example to correct errors, balance the game, or address abuse.
• If you choose to buy tokens or cosmetic items through Apple or Google in-app purchase, you are buying a limited licence to use a digital item in the app. Apple or Google process the payment, and their terms and refund policies apply. Purchases are otherwise final except where the law or the store requires a refund.
• Because tokens have no cash value, there are no “winnings,” and market outcomes never entitle you to any real-world payment.

Acceptable use

To keep OmnidiaMarket fun and fair, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law, or post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, threatening, obscene, or defamatory;
• create markets that target or harass private individuals, that are based on illegal activity, or that are designed to deceive;
• manipulate markets or the leaderboard, collude, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, or otherwise cheat the token economy;
• create fake or duplicate accounts, or use another person’s account;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• harvest or collect other users’ data.

We may remove content or markets, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach these rules.

Market creation and resolution

• Any user can create communities and markets. If you create a market, you are responsible for it being clear, lawful, and resolvable.
• Markets resolve according to the outcome and criteria stated in the market. OmnidiaMarket, or a designated resolver, determines the result.
• We may void, cancel, or re-settle markets that are ambiguous, manipulated, duplicated, or that breach these Terms, and we may return tokens where appropriate.
• Resolution decisions are final for the purposes of the in-app game. We do not guarantee that any market, price, or probability is accurate, complete, or error-free, and nothing in the app is financial, investment, betting, or other professional advice.

Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content within OmnidiaMarket in order to operate, promote, and improve the service. You confirm you have the rights needed to post your content and that it does not break these Terms.

The OmnidiaMarket name, logo, app, and software belong to the operator and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or misuse them. If you believe content on OmnidiaMarket infringes your rights, contact abboscoinfinity@gmail.com and we will respond to valid complaints.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

OmnidiaMarket is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any market, odds, or content will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of virtual tokens, data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of OmnidiaMarket. Because the service is free and uses virtual tokens that have no monetary value, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us, if any, through in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) EUR 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your mandatory legal rights under Croatian and EU consumer law are not affected by these Terms.

Changes and termination

We may change the app or these Terms from time to time. If a change to these Terms is significant, we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use OmnidiaMarket after that means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using OmnidiaMarket and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or where we need to for legal or safety reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as the token disclaimer, the content licence for content you have already shared, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — continue to apply after your account ends.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Croatia, unless mandatory law lets you bring a claim where you live. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
